Sharon Dornberg-Lee, LCSW
Clinical Supervisor, CJE Counseling Services
May is Mental Health Month and May 6 is National Older Adult
Mental Health Awareness Day!
It can be difficult to know when the ongoing stresses of the pandemic
paired with the challenges of aging or caregiving accumulate to become
cause for concern. How does one know if they need more help to
improve their coping or should just try to “tough things out?” Attend this program to
learn more about signs and symptoms of common mental health concerns such as
depression, anxiety and caregiver stress. You will also have the opportunity to take
a confidential quiz to see whether you may want to seek professional one-on-one
consultation. For those who would benefit from ongoing support and assistance,
resources will be provided. Everyone who attends will receive self-help tips for
maintaining good mental health, even during difficult times
